Loads of Living truly appreciates the valuable media coverage we receive from your publication. This is thanks to the dedicated efforts of yourself and your styling team. The Loads of Living Media card allows stylists to take out products on an appro system with ease.

Returns Policy

The following terms apply:

All items returned will be inspected prior to refund.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Items must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a refund / exchange. Items will only be refunded / exchanged provided that they are:
- Unused.
- Unwashed.
- Original packaging intact (if not in original packaging a reasonable amount may be charged).
- Not altered or tampered with in any way.
Materially defective items will be refunded within a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Should you not be in a position to provide proof of purchase, items will be refunded at the current system price.
No returns or exchanges will be made on duvet inners and pillows for hygienic reasons of public health, unless they are unused and in original packaging.
No returns on sale goods, although exchanges may be permitted for the value of the sale price. Sale prices are subject to fluctuations during the course of the sale and will apply to exchanges.
Gift items without proof of purchase and where an exchange is not required, will be credited for with a gift voucher to the same amount of the current price of the item. They may not be exchanged for cash.
