Below are some pointers on our Loads of Living Registry system available at all stores nationwide.
When should I open a Gift Registry?
As soon as a wedding or celebration date has been set, you can register at any Loads of Living branch. The wedding date can also be used if guests search for your registry in store. You can choose the most convenient time that suits you during the week-end or during the week, and a Loads of Living Manager will gladly assist you in the process.
How long does it take to open a Gift Registry?
Once you have filled in a short registration form with your details, the admin is done and you can spend as long or as short as you like, choosing from our wide range of exclusive gifting, top quality bedding or fantastic decor products.
Your details will be loaded on the system whilst you compile your gift list and you will be issued with a printout with all the details before you leave.
Should you misplace the list or registry number, it will be e-mailed to you.
Can I make changes to my Loads of Living Gift Registry?
Yes, absolutely. You can go into any store nationwide and add gifts, delete gifts and or change the quantities you require. We are constantly receiving new and exciting stock so make sure you are not missing out on any fantastic décor solutions for your home!
Can I track which guests have bought me gifts so that I can send them a Thank You card?
Yes, provided your guests have informed our cashiers that their purchase is linked to your registry, you will be able to see which guests bought which gifts. The Thank You list is available at any store.
What if I get duplicates of a gift?
Our system updates all other stores in approximately 10 minutes, but should a duplicated gift be bought, you are more than welcome to exchange it for any other product. Please note that this procedure still needs to fall in with our Company Returns Policy that is also published on this web page.
How do my guests find my registry?
You can search for a registry under the unique registry number, owner's or partner's last name or the event date at any Loads of Living store.
Your guests will be given a printout of your registry with all of the above mentioned information available to them.
